Conexus was formed in July 2005 when Kurt Twiford, President/CEO, purchased the assets of Intellimation, Inc., a 14-year old integrator of intelligent building technologies.  Since July 2005, Conexus has added Delta Controls, Honeywell WEBS and Distech Controls to an extensive experience with Johnson Controls.  Conexus is a manufacturer-independent integrator of intelligent building technologies.   Our independence allows us to select the best-of-breed technologies, and leverage those technologies to help our clients keep their facilities efficient, safe and comfortable.  By using open protocols, primarily LON and BACnet, we help our clients migrate away from proprietary relationships, providing long-term flexibility and an enduring competitive environment for all of their intelligent building technologies.   Conexus clients choose to work with Conexus because they prefer to work with us, not because they have no other choice.....certainly not a proprietary way of thinking!
