Conexus is always looking for talent to add to our team.  We are currently looking for the following:

Service Technician:  We seek customer service-minded service technicians with excellent troubleshooting skills, solid HVAC mechanical expertise and the ability to become proficient in several control system lines, including Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech and Delta Controls.  Experience with Tridium's Niagara R2/Ax is a plus.

Estimator/Sales Engineer:   Looking for estimator/sales engineer with either ATC or HVAC estimating experience. Candidates must be self-starters, with existing relationships with mechanical contractors and mechanical engineers that will support the signing of at least $1.75MM of control work annually.  

Software Technician:  Responsible for day-to-day technical requirements of control system integration, including engineering, purchasing, programming and commissioning.  Familiarity with Tridium's Niagara Ax, Honeywell WEBS, Distech Controls or Delta Controls is a plus, but not required.  Must be willing to make daily trips within a two hour radius of Lebanon, PA.  Due to travel, candidates can live anywhere from the Harrisburg metropolitan region to Philadelphia.

Business Development/Sales:  We're looking for a business development/sales professional who can leverage relationships with end-users, mechanical contractors and mechanical engineers into new business for Conexus.  Sales responsibilities will include developing relationships for service and construction work with targeted end-users, securing favorable specification language through consulting with mechanical engineers and identifying opportunities with mechancial contractors.  Candidates should have excellent communications skills and a familiarity with prospects within our target geography (southcentral and eastern Pennsylvania). Familiarity with the technical aspects of intelligent building technologies (or related HVAC trades) and/or energy management is a plus.  

Field Technician/Installer:  Field electricians, preferably with experience in low voltage systems.  Must be willing to travel within a two-hour radius of Lebanon, PA.  Skills required include basic conduit and wiring through relay logic.  Must be well-disciplined and able to work unsupervised in small teams.  At least 5 years of field experience or graduate of two year associates programs in a relevant field is preferred.
